Yes. We are actively welcoming new patients ages 18 and older for both in-person visits at our West Ashley office and telehealth appointments across all of South Carolina.
Our psychiatric nurse practitioners (PMHNPs) are board-certified providers who evaluate, diagnose, and prescribe psychiatric medications. Our licensed therapists (LPCs, LCSWs) provide talk therapy and counseling. Many patients benefit from both services — we coordinate these within our practice.
No referral is needed for most insurance plans. Some HMO plans may require one. Call us with your insurance details and we will verify before scheduling.
Yes. Our PMHNPs are DEA-authorized to prescribe controlled substances including stimulant medications for ADHD when clinically appropriate after a thorough evaluation.
Telehealth visits are conducted via secure, HIPAA-compliant video. All you need is a smartphone, tablet, or computer with a camera and a private space. We can prescribe medications electronically to your local pharmacy anywhere in South Carolina.
We specialize in anxiety disorders, depression, ADHD in adults, insomnia, panic disorder, PTSD, OCD, and postpartum depression. We provide both psychiatric medication management and counseling.
New patients are often able to be scheduled within a week of requesting an appointment, whether in person or by telehealth.
Yes. We accept Medicare, most major commercial plans, and all South Carolina Medicaid managed care plans except Select Health (First Choice).
Please bring a valid photo ID, your insurance card, a list of all current medications including dosages and prescribers, and any previous psychiatric evaluation records if available.
